These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of products through the website planetmode.myshopify.com (hereinafter "Website").

Prices

All prices indicated are in Euros and include VAT according to current Italian legislation. Shipping costs are indicated separately at checkout.

Orders

Orders are confirmed via email after payment verification. Angelina S.R.L. reserves the right to cancel orders in case of product unavailability, promptly notifying the customer and proceeding with a full refund.

Shipping

Orders are processed within 24-48 working hours. Shipping is via express courier (World Shipments Etc). For more details, please consult our Return Policy.

Right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without needing to state reasons (Legislative Decree 206/2005, art. 52). The product must be returned in its original condition, undamaged and unused.
