2. Await our confirmation with shipping instructions
3. Send the product via traceable courier to the address we will provide you with
4. Once the product is received and verified, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product received is defective or does not match the order.

Refunds

The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase. The crediting times depend on the payment circuit (generally 5-10 business days).

Non-refundable products

Customized or modified products at the customer's request are non-refundable.
